My Independent Sacramental Movement Journey

Independent Catholicism is just one part of the broader Independent Sacramental Movement.  I grew up Roman Catholic and served as a Roman Catholic Priest for more than a decade.  Anyone who knows me knows I love and respect the Tradition, (that is tradition with the capital T), but with an openness to human experience and modernity.  This website became a project for me as I looked for a community that represented a middle road and shared many of the same values that I do.  I found a spiritual home after countless hours of research and reaching out to several communities.  After many months of discernment, outreach, prayer, and meeting many of the clergy in the community, I will be incardinating with the American Catholic Communities.  This has been a wonderful journey for me and I hope this website is of value to others who are looking to find their own community.  Please pray for me that my priestly ministry may bear fruit both in time and in eternity.
